I call in for my weekly Hero of the Week segment to tell the story of Neha Gupta, a 17-year-old from Pennsylvania who transformed an annual tradition in her grandparents’ town in India into an international charity called Empower Orphans, which has raised over a million dollars not only to feed and educate orphaned children but also to give them the skills and confidence they need to build lives of their own.
